Love this story. Another example of totally insane child porn laws.

Who exactly is being damaged by this photo? The boy is lucky not getting prosecuted for sexual assault.

The 15 year old girl must be embarrassed about the photo. When questioned by her parents, she could easily say she did not consent to the fumbling hand. Bimbo: sexual assault.

Then of course this becomes heinous child porn, a depiction of child rape. Then of course, according to the voodoo theory of child porn the child will be victimized every time someone looks at the yearbook.
